INTRODUCTION:
Human brain one of the most complicated device we find in the universe. We have learned about it in the last five years more then in the last five thousand years.
The brain controls every aspect of our lives as human involved. Its double in size and weighs only three pounds but it consumes 20% of all fuel that our body take in
MAIN BODY:
Brain generating enough energy to keep a light bulb burning and you have to considered that brain has act as a old house where we add different rooms and servers all these stairways and connection in the basement is the oldest part called the BRAIN STEM.
BRAIN STEM
It is use full when we share something with reptiles and other animals. Its what keep us alive covering vital function like heart rate, respiration, digestion, and blood pressure. Things that happens without having to think about them.
The level up, the move involved hundred and thousand of years its called LIMBIC SYSTEM.
This is very important and the processing of emotions within the limbic system are the amygdala to nuggets of tissues. One in each half of the brain.
They are no bigger than a fingernail yet they are brain central command for our emotional reaction. One of the simplest and strongest of these is fear a primal emotion. We all share if you had to pick one brain reign that was most important in fear, it would be amygdala. There no better place to explain the fear affects the brain.
HOW DEPRESSION EFFECTS THE BRAIN
The current standard of care for the treatment of depression is based on what call the monoamine deficiency hypothesis. Essentially presuming that one of three neurotransmitters in the brain is deficient or underactive.
Neurotransmitters can be thoughts of as the chemical messenger within the brain. It what helps one cell in the brain communicates with another to pass the message along. But the reality is there are more than hundreds neurotransmitters in the brain and billion of connections between neurons.
THE NEUROBIOLOGY OF DEPRESSION
For decades we thought that the primary pathology, the primary cause of DEPRESSION was same abnormality in the neurotransmitters specifically serotonin or norepinephrine. However, norepinephrine and serotonin did not seem to able to account for the symptoms of depression in the people who had major depression.
CONCLUSION
If you are suffering you are obligent in a sense, to hold on to what ever rope someone’s throws you , so if you live alone all the time you may suffer from depression. And if you overcome and gets things easy you feel good, happy and you must defeat depression.
